Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our website. We require at least
24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance plans. It is your responsibility to confirm insurance coverage and benefits prior to your appointment.
All patient information is handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information without your consent, except as required by law.
Chiropractic care is a complementary health approach and results may vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Please consult your primary care provider regarding any medical concerns.
Spinal Health Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
